PostDelegate

Terms of Service

Effective date: 27 October 2026

These terms govern your use of PostDelegate, a hosted service for managing social content, operated by Nasida Apps LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.

1. The service

PostDelegate provides the content-management features enabled in the application. Social connections and publishing require separate platform configuration and your authorization; their availability depends on the platform.

Optional Google sign-in requests basic profile and email permissions for account access. It does not by itself grant permission to read Gmail, Drive or Calendar data, access YouTube channel content or publish to a social channel. AI generation, outbound transactional email and payment/billing integrations are not currently enabled.

2. Your account

3. Connected platforms

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. A separately enabled connection grants the permissions you approve in that platform's consent flow. We use those permissions to carry out your instructions. You must follow the platform's own terms and policies. Platforms may limit, change or withdraw access at any time, and we are not responsible for their actions. You may revoke authorization through the platform's own settings. Disconnecting a platform and deleting existing PostDelegate records are separate operations.

PostDelegate uses YouTube API Services. When you use PostDelegate's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Your content and media

You keep ownership of the posts, media and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including publishing to platforms you separately authorize. You are responsible for Your Content, for having the rights to it, and for complying with law and platform rules.

Uploaded media is served through public URLs at media.postdelegate.com without application sign-in. Anyone who obtains a URL can retrieve that object. Do not upload material that must remain private. Media removal and cached copies are addressed in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to: break the law or infringe rights; publish spam, deceptive, harassing, hateful or malicious content; evade platform rate limits or rules; scrape or reverse engineer the service beyond what the AGPL licence of the source code allows; probe or disrupt the service; or resell access without our written consent. We may suspend content or accounts that put users, platforms or the service at risk.

6. Optional features

AI generation and outbound transactional-email integrations are not currently active. Their availability and any resulting data processing must be disclosed before they are enabled.

7. Plans and billing

No payment provider, recurring paid subscription or trial offer is currently active. Any later paid offer must state its price and applicable payment terms before purchase.

8. Third-party and open source software

PostDelegate is built on Postiz and other open source software. The source of the modified application is available at /source under the AGPL-3.0. These terms apply to the hosted service; the software licence governs your rights to the code.

9. Termination and deletion requests

You may stop using the service at any time and request account-data deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law or a platform, or if your use creates risk, and we will give notice where reasonable. Data retention and deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and scheduled posts depend on third-party platforms being available. We may modify the service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms, and continued use after the effective date means you accept them.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content or your breach of these terms or of a platform's rules, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply where required.
