SocialBee prices checked on November 7, 2026, monthly billing, USD, from its pricing page. PostDelegate prices come from our own pricing page.
Pricing and trial
Both services charge a flat price for a band of accounts rather than a price per account, so the comparison is tier against tier rather than arithmetic. SocialBee starts at $29 a month on monthly billing for 5 profiles, and rises to $49 for 10 and $99 for 25. PostDelegate starts at $19 for 5 channels, $29 for 10 and $39 for 30. The gap widens as you add accounts: at thirty, SocialBee needs its $99 Pro plan plus a $15 add-on pack to reach exactly thirty profiles, while PostDelegate Pro covers thirty for $39.
Two details are easy to miss on SocialBee's pricing page. The plan cards open on the yearly toggle, which shows $24.20, $40.80 and $82.50 — switch to monthly and the figures above are what the comparison table states. And the cheapest plans are single-user: Bootstrap and Accelerate allow one user and one workspace, with extra users at $10 a month each, so a two-person team on Accelerate is really $59.
The trials differ in kind. SocialBee gives 14 days with full Pro access and no card, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and posting stops when the trial ends. PostDelegate gives 7 days on any plan, also with no card, and you add a card before it ends to keep going.
Recycling and evergreen posts
This is the clearest difference in how the two think about content. SocialBee's model is the content category: you sort posts into categories such as tips, blog links or testimonials, give each category a posting schedule, and SocialBee cycles through them, with rules for when a recycled post expires. If your programme is a steady mix of evergreen themes, that model does a lot of work for you.
PostDelegate's equivalent is the evergreen post. A post repeats on an interval you choose, you can give it a different variant on each share so the same link does not read identically every time, and it stops after a number of shares or on a date. It is a per-post setting rather than a library-wide schedule, which suits a smaller set of posts you actually want repeated rather than a whole content calendar built from categories.
AI, and who pays for it
SocialBee includes unlimited AI content generation on every plan and adds an AI Copilot that will draft a whole posting strategy. Nothing is metered on their pricing page and you need no key of your own.
PostDelegate takes the other road: AI writing, the agent and AI images run on your workspace's own OpenAI key. You pay OpenAI directly for what you use, PostDelegate never charges for AI, and nothing is marked up. The same decision has a second effect — because the assistant is yours, you can point Claude or ChatGPT at the PostDelegate MCP server and have it draft and schedule posts in your calendar, with an AI review inbox holding those drafts until a person approves them. SocialBee's pricing page lists no MCP server and no public API, so the comparable route there is Zapier.
Where SocialBee is the better pick
- You want Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest or TikTok today — PostDelegate is still waiting on approval for most of those, and X is not available.
- You run a category-based evergreen programme and want the tool to cycle through themes on a schedule.
- You would rather AI were included in the price than run on an API key you hold.
- You want a 30-day money-back guarantee behind the purchase.
Where PostDelegate fits
- You want a flat price that does not change when you add the tenth or thirtieth channel.
- You want an AI assistant to draft and schedule through MCP, with a person approving before anything publishes.
- You publish to YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon, blogs, developer communities or community chats on Slack, Discord and Telegram.
- You work with clients who approve posts from a link without creating an account.
What to check before choosing
- Whether the exact accounts you manage can connect and publish today.
- The monthly total for your real number of channels and people, not the headline price.
- How you want to pay for AI: included in the plan, or on your own key.
- How approvals work for your team and your clients.
- The support, subscription and data-handling terms of each service.
