Cursor drafts it. You approve it. PostDelegate posts it.Dribbble: Shots with a title and one image.
How to post to Dribbble from Cursor
- Add PostDelegate to Cursor. Add the server to .cursor/mcp.json in your project, as below. Sign in with PostDelegate when Cursor prompts you.
.cursor/mcp.json
{ "mcpServers": { "postdelegate": { "url": "https://app.postdelegate.com/mcp-oauth-dynamic" } } } - Connect Dribbble in PostDelegate. On the calendar page choose Add Channel, then Dribbble. Sign in with Dribbble and approve the permissions. PostDelegate asks to read your public profile and to upload shots.
- Ask Cursor for a draft. Describe the post in plain words. Cursor checks your Dribbble channel's rules, creates the post and sends back a preview link.
Teach Cursor the posting rules
Save the PostDelegate rule to .cursor/rules/postdelegate.mdc. Cursor applies it whenever a request is about PostDelegate. Agent files has the steps.
What to ask Cursor
Mention any Dribbble setting in plain words and Cursor fills it in. Cursor can also read text files in your project, such as a changelog or a draft in Markdown.
- Draft a Dribbble shot titled “Onboarding, take two” with the image I just added to my media library.
- What Dribbble shots do I have scheduled, and when?
- Write a short description for the shot from design-notes.md and save it as a draft.
What Cursor can do on your Dribbble channel
- Check the rules first. Before writing, it reads your Dribbble channel's length limit (40,000 characters) and required settings.
- Draft, schedule or post. It creates a draft, a scheduled post or an immediate post, and runs the same checks as the app.
- Use your media. It attaches files from your media library or adds one from a public link.
- Review and fix. It lists what is scheduled, changes the Dribbble settings of a post that has not gone out, and deletes posts you no longer want.
Dribbble is a showcase for designers, and each PostDelegate post becomes one shot with exactly one image. The title you set is the title of the shot, and the post text becomes its description. Video and MP4 files are not supported.

Before you start
- Dribbble only lets accounts with upload rights publish shots publicly, so check that yours can upload shots before you schedule.
- Each post is one image. Video and MP4 files are not supported.
The Dribbble channel guide has every field, and MCP tools lists exactly what an assistant can and cannot do.
