Is my image uploaded anywhere?

No. The image is read and resized by your browser on your own device. It is never uploaded, and nothing is saved after you close the page.

Where do these Dribbble sizes come from?

They are the two sizes PostDelegate’s Dribbble connection posts at: images of at least 400×300 are cropped from the centre to 800×600 or 400×300.

What is the difference between cover and contain?

Cover fills the whole size and crops what does not fit. Contain fits the whole image inside the size and fills the leftover space with a colour you choose.
