How this counter counts

Questions

Is my image uploaded anywhere?

No. The image is read and resized by your browser on your own device. It is never uploaded, and nothing is saved after you close the page.

Where do these Twitch sizes come from?

From Twitch’s own help pages, listed below with links, checked November 2026.

What is the difference between cover and contain?

Cover fills the whole size and crops what does not fit. Contain fits the whole image inside the size and fills the leftover space with a colour you choose.
